To return your sample and receive your discount, follow the steps below:

• Send an email to hello@loessstore.com.au letting us know you want to send back your used 10ml sample.
• We will provide you with return information
• Post your used sample back to us (you can re-use the mailer bag you received it in)
• Once we have received your sample bottle, we will send you an email with your 20% discount code
