To reduce the environmental impact of our samples, we offer a return program where you can send us back your used 10ml sample bottle to receive a 20% discount off your next 50ml or 100ml purchase.
To return your sample and receive your discount, follow the steps below:
- Send an email to hello@loessstore.com.au letting us know you want to send back your used 10ml sample.
- We will provide you with return information
- Post your used sample back to us (you can re-use the mailer bag you received it in)
- Once we have received your sample bottle, we will send you an email with your 20% discount code
